7 Tips to Make Exercise Fun and Enjoyable
"How To Get Fit Without Even Realizing You're Exercising"
I think you might find these tips quite useful.
1. I'd say one of the first things you should do is find a form of exercise that you love doing. Start off with a sport that you like and play it. Avoid golf and bowling because you can't get a good enough workout from those sports.
If you play golf at least try not to use a golf cart. The walking will at least do you some good.
Dancing is another way to get in great shape. Or just take long but very brisk walks. When you're really in good shape you'll walk so fast that you might go two or three times faster than the average person walking on a city street.
Be careful, you might get pulled over for speeding.
** Now I Love Working Out **
As far as I go, I actually love working out. This wasn't always the case. But now I have a fun exercise program that I love doing and I also love the results.
In the past, I had to drag myself to the gym. I liked working out at the gym, but I didn't like going there at busy times as it was hard to use the machines when I wanted them. Plus it took a lot of time out of my day to have to drive to the gym, find parking, and get a locker and change.
2. Forget the Gym and Lifting Weights
These days I don't need to go to a gym anymore. I've discovered my own built in gym. This in itself will motivate many people to start exercising. I haven't had a gym membership in a few years and I'm in much better shape because of it. The core of my workout program is based on two types of bodyweight exercises that you can find in my "Lighting Speed Fitness Program."

I also do other exercises to cross-train, but if I was stuck with only two categories of exercise, then I would do these two and have a massive build, amazing athletic results and be in great aerobic shape, by using them alone.
3. If you like kids then you can exercise by actively playing with them. Kids have abundant energy and love to be picked up and fly through the air with your assistance. They also like being chased or doing the chasing. Just actively play with kids and you can get a great workout and you won't even notice it.
The best ages of kids to play and exercise with are 7 and under. You'll probably get tired before they do. But that won't be the case once you start using the Lightning Speed Fitness Program and start incorporating more raw fruits & vegetables into your diet.
Believe it or not, just by going 100% raw you'll be in much better athletic shape. That happened to me. My lungs cleared out all the mucus that was in the bottom of them. I have much more energy and I recover more quickly from exertions.
If you are interested in succeeding with a Raw Food Diet, then I suggest you consider joining my coaching and support website. I've just added Frederic Patenaude's great recipe book, "Instant Raw Sensations." as one of the many valuable ebooks, audio interviews and special reports we have at the site.
For more information use this link below. This is a brand new bonus and has not yet been added to my product description page. But I'll be putting up the new book for members in a day or two. Instant Raw Sensations sells for $20 and now you'll have access to it as one of our members.

4. Focus on the Benefits:
I remember when I first started working out again after college. I started doing a nightly exercise routine after work. I started feeling great. I actually wrote down a long list of the benefits I received from doing these exercises. They were powerful benefits that made me want to continue exercising on a regular basis.
One of the main benefits was how much extra energy I had. I remember when I was moving in to a new apartment and how tired my YOUNGER friends were in lifting the furniture but I simply had abundant energy because of my workouts. I was buzzing around like crazy and moving quickly and effortlessly.
It was because of focusing on the BENEFITS of my exercise program that a lifelong habit of exercise had been established. I've been working out consistently for 12 years now and it doesn't seem like a burden at all.
I love working out. Once you start working out for a couple of months and you feel the great results, you won't want to stop.
5. Think From Your Goal
See and feel yourself having reached your ultimate fitness goal. You need to be motivated for success and you can't be motivated by small and boring goals. See yourself vibrantly healthy, energetic, fit and slim. See yourself fitting into a size 32 jeans or slim and sexy dress.
These are the kinds of images that will excite you. The key is that you have to be very excited about your goal. That motivation will make exercising easy and fun.
You also need to sustain that excitement for at least 21 days in a row, so that you have enough time to make regular daily exercise a habit. Once it's a habit, it will be automatic and easy for you.
6. Set Small and Easy To Achieve Fitness Goals:
Set small goals for each day and you will make steady progress towards your larger goal. You gradually build up your exercise intensity. If you are out of shape and overweight it will be harder for you at first. But if you persevere there will be times when your body is begging you to exercise it.
7. Get a notebook so you can keep track of your progress. Enter the date, your weight and what kind and how many of the exercises you are doing. Writing it down is a great motivator. It also helps you see where you have been and see your progress.
The night before a workout you should write down how many of each particular exercise you are going to do the next day and stick to it. It will program your subconscious for success the following day. You'll be exercising in your dreams as this was the last thing you were thinking about before going to bed.
Bonus Tip: Play Video Games That Require Exercise
In college I used to play this boxing video game where you actually had to throw punches with a lever. That was great fun and at the same time my friends and I got a great workout. We loved that game but it kept on breaking down. I suppose we punched it too much.
These days there are these dancing video games called DVR. Just by playing the video game you get an aerobic workout. That is truly a fun way to exercise.
I hope these tips help to motivate you to do daily vigorous exercise. In my next email I'll explain some important reasons why you should be exercising.
